I. PROCESS
Please fill out the commission form. Make sure the details are correct.
Please wait for me to reach out to you via e-mail (Mode of communication would be strictly via e-mail. If you don't always have access on your e-mail, please let me know so we can work around with the mode of communication.)
Work will begin once invoice is sent.
I work one project at a time so it may take a while for me to get back to you once I confirmed your commission request. I will try my best to keep you updated on your queue.
NOTE: Progress images will include a 'COMMISSION' watermark to protect the artwork. The watermark will be removed once the final payment has been settled.
II. DEADLINES
Completion time ranges from 3 days to one week, depending on the complexity. If there would be a delay, I would gladly inform you.
The commission is non-refundable unless I decided to not continue due to the following: Technical failure and Personal Issue/Emergency
I will be regularly sending daily updates. It is also your responsibility to see through the progress of the commission. If there is no response from you within 3-5 days, I will consider the commission as completed.
NOTE: If you wish to continue the commission, you will be queued again.
The final artwork will be delivered digitally as a high-resolution 3000px by 3000 px JPEG AND PNG (watermarked with my signature) via e-mail.
III. PAYMENT
I will take 50% of the payment up front and the other half when the job is done. The final product will only be delivered once I have received payment in full.
NOTE: For the sketch tiers, 100% of the payment must be made. This is to prevent losses caused by the processing fee.
All payments are through PayPal, Gcash and Wise.
You may upgrade the payment plan for the commission. This would be taken into account to the remaining balance of the commission. Take note I will not be taking refunds unless necessary.
DO NOT PAY THE TOTAL in advance.
IV. MISCELLANEOUS
I deserve a right to deny a commission request I'm not comfortable with.
All commissions are strictly for personal use only (non-profit, printing for yourself, using it as wallpaper etc.). My work shall not also be used in training AI or be used as NFTs.
NOTE: If it’s to be used for marketing/business/product, an additional fee would be made.
My artworks are for entertainment purposes only and shall not be used to push any agenda that may cause harm and conflict.
Publishing the final commission works on my social platforms would depend upon the mutual agreement.
I will not allow alterations unless communicated.
I still own the right to the commissioned work (I can use it for my Portfolio, post on social media, etc.) unless the rights are bought.
All artworks shall likewise will not be included on my InPrint shop.
